The terms of the consulting agreement provide for compensation of $7,000 per month. In addition, Investor Cubed has been granted options to purchase 500,000 shares at a price of $1.25 per share. The options will vest quarterly beginning on the date of grant and will be governed by the provisions of the Company\u2019s stock option plan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neil Simon, Chairman and CEO of Investor Cubed, stated \u201cInvestor Cubed works with very select clients and takes pride in working with companies who are the best of breed in their sectors.
