ESGFIRE Commentary

CHARBONE’s 2025 results mark an important transition as the Company begins generating revenues from its industrial gas platform, including UHP hydrogen, helium, and oxygen, following initial operations at its Sorel-Tracy facility. This shift from development to early-stage commercialization represents a key step in advancing its vertically integrated business model.

The results also highlight continued progress in strengthening the Company’s financial and operational foundation, with reduced net loss, disciplined cost management, and multiple financing initiatives completed to support ongoing growth. At the same time, the advancement of Phase 1B at Sorel-Tracy and expansion of its specialty gas offering reflect a broader push toward scaling production capacity and diversifying revenue streams.

Overall, we view these developments as early validation of CHARBONE’s integrated industrial gas strategy, with initial revenues, infrastructure buildout, and access to capital positioning the Company for continued execution and growth in the periods ahead.
